Since I had moved to full frame I had missed using my ultra wide angle as it was a crop only lens.
I recently got another for the full frame (Sigma 12-24 F4.5-5.6 II DG HSM) and got to play with it. I haven’t as much as I would like but I did get some night photos I thought I would share.
There is a bit of distortion and softness at 12 mm on this lens, but the only better one is much more expensive.
The lens has max aperture of 4.5 which is smaller then desired for night photography, but I will take what I can get.
The autumn leaves gave a very pleasing contrast with the sky when slightly lit up.
